The options became more plentiful as the Asbury Park Planning Board approved the plans for the expansion of The ShowRoom, voted the #1 Independent Cinema last year.

The theater got the nod on the marquee, signage, exterior lighting and facade! This is huge. According to co-owner Nancy Sabino: “We can now proceed with all the necessary construction to really change the face of Cookman Avenue on the famed ArtsBlock!”
